Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

2. Exchanges

Need a different size? We offer one-time exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number and the size you need. Exchanges are subject to availability.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Balaclavas and face coverings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Digital music purchases
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number
  2. Include the reason for the return and photos of the item
  3. We will reply within 2-3 business days with return instructions
  4. Ship the item back using the provided instructions

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made an error.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
