1. Shipping Zones
We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. We plan to expand shipping in the future.
2. Shipping Rates

3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during high-demand drops or restocks.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at [email protected]. We will work with the carrier to locate your order. E4R is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately — we may be able to update it before the item ships.
7. Digital Products
Music and other digital purchases are delivered instantly via download link after payment. No physical shipping applies to digital products.
